Office WhatsApp at 5.40. Send pdf. I have five jpgs of the bills and one png screenshot of the mail. No scanner. No Acrobat.

That is the whole site, honestly. Drop jpgs or pngs. Download one pdf. Send it.

I did it on the desk Chrome before the bus.

Jpgs go in, one pdf comes out

Several jpgs becoming one office pdf

JPG to PDF for the photos. Each photo a page. Drop in the order sir wants. Bill 1, bill 2, bill 3.

PNG to PDF for the screenshot.

If you want both in one file, make two small pdfs, then Merge PDF. Or put images in Images to PDF Grid if they asked one sheet of thumbnails, which is rare for bills. Bills I keep one page each.

Your file is not uploaded to our server. The pdf you send on WhatsApp is you sending it, after download.

20 MB for the drop. Five phone photos can get near that if they are huge. Compress Image each, then jpg to pdf. Or compress the worst two.

File Size Checker before you send, because WhatsApp and Gmail have their own moods.

Office wants pdf, not a zip of jpgs. They said pdf. Give pdf.

If they said pdf but the portal only accepts jpg, read again. This article is the common case, clerk wants a pdf attachment.

Rotate a sideways bill in gallery first. Or Rotate PDF after, extra step.

Live photos, still first.

Password, not relevant for jpgs.

I put both scan, meaning I dropped two jpgs, forgot the png, sent, sir asked for the mail screenshot too. Merged a second time.

Name the file July-bills.pdf. Sir will not search through Chrome_PDF_17.

Phone Chrome is fine for small photos. Laptop if many.

FileOnDesk is not Adobe. Pages may be photo pages, not searchable text. Clerk who wants to copy a GST number from the pdf will be sad. If they need text, they should ask for the original excel. They asked pdf of images. They get pictures in a pdf.

That mismatch is their problem. You did the ask.

Png, grid, merge, the mix on a real desk

Screenshot png of a confirmation mail. PNG to PDF.

Logo png they also wanted in the same pack, sometimes. Same tool, or jpg convert first if their other site hates png.

Grid for a contact sheet of shop photos, four on a page. Images to PDF Grid. I used it for a landlord who wanted one page of the rooms. For bills I do not grid. Numbers get tiny.

Merge when parts came from different tools. Cover letter already pdf, plus new image pdf. Merge PDF, cover on top, you know the drill from the other article.

Split if you accidentally made 12 pages and they want 2. Split PDF.

Page count before you print the pack. PDF Page Count.

This is a toolbox, not a miracle. Images in, pdf out.

If the image is a photo of a photo, quality is poor. Retake.

If the image is from WhatsApp, it may already be crushed. Ask the person for the original.

I only have images is not a blocked road. It is the starting condition of half our work.

Office in a small city still thinks pdf means the scanner boy. Scanner boy is nicer for small print. Phone images are what you have at 5.40.

Do not screenshot the jpg in gallery to make a png to make a pdf unless you must. Drop the jpg.

If the only copy is on another phone, WhatsApp document the jpg to yourself, not as a photo, then convert.

20 MB error, you dropped too many raw files. Fewer files, or compress first.

Grey download, wait, or no file, or too big. I wrote that too.

Send it, then keep a copy

Download. Open, flip, check last page is the last bill. WhatsApp as document to the office group, or email.

Gmail 25 mb. If the pdf is 22, we allowed it under 20... wait, 22 would not come from our tool if we cap 20. If they complain 8 mb is big for their portal, compress images and rebuild.

Keep the jpgs till they say ok. Closing the tab does not delete jpgs. Working pdf in the tab is gone, downloaded pdf stays.

Your file is not uploaded to our server.

Disclaimer. We did not certify the bills. We did not file GST. We made a pdf.

If sir wanted a signed pdf, print, sign, photo, convert again, last page signed. Merge PDF to put signed page at the end.

If he wanted searchable, that is not this path.

Office wants pdf, I only have images. Drop on JPG to PDF, PNG to PDF, or Images to PDF Grid. Download. Send.

I left the office on time that day. The group had the pdf. Someone still asked for the jpgs separately. I sent those too. People are like that.

You now have both formats. Pdf for the slot that wants pdf. Jpgs in gallery for the uncle who does not open pdf on phone.

That is enough. No extra software. No cafe. Tab, drop, download.

If this is your first time, do one dummy photo first. See a pdf appear in Downloads. Then do the real bills.

First drop is page 1. Order the photos in the picker the way you want the pages.

Then you are done. The site exists for this exact Tuesday evening message. Office wants pdf. You have images. Here.

One more office story, because this happens every month. Accounts wanted last week invoices as one pdf for the auditor folder. I had phone photos of thermal bills, the ink already fading. I took them again under the tube light, converted with JPG to PDF, and the auditor still asked why it was not a scanner file. I said, this is what we had at 6 pm. He accepted. Thermal print is a bad photo. Do it fast before the paper goes white.

If you have mixed png screenshots from GSTR and jpg photos of paper, do not force them into one drop if the tool is jpg only. Pngs on PNG to PDF. Jpgs on the jpg tool. Then merge. Three extra minutes. Cleaner than a failed drop.

I also keep a dummy image on the desktop called test.jpg. When a new intern is scared of the site, we drop that, download, delete the test pdf. Confidence. Then the real bills.

Office wants pdf, I only have images. That sentence used to mean a trip to the xerox. Now it means this tab, if the photos are readable and under 20 MB.
